Slowly take a deep breath in.  Feel the good energy flow into your body.  Hold the breath for a moment.  Slowly exhale and feel the stress, toxins , aches and painsand negative energy leave your body.

Slowly take another deep breath.  Expand your lungs and diaphragm and take in as much oxygen as you can.  Hold a moment.  Slowly exhale and as the stress leaves your body, feel your muscles begin to relax.

As you breathe in and out a few more times, notice the calm and relaxed feeling in your body.  It's OK to let go - even 2 minutes of this exercise a few times a day will make a difference to your good health.
